Furniture Delivery Information

At HomelyAura, we specialise in delivering high-quality bedroom furniture throughout the United Kingdom. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, furniture deliveries may differ from standard parcel deliveries.

Delivery Preparation

Before placing your order, please ensure that your chosen furniture can be safely delivered into your property. We recommend measuring:

• Doorways
• Hallways
• Staircases
• Elevators (if applicable)
• Room entrances

HomelyAura cannot be held responsible if a product cannot be delivered because suitable access is unavailable.

Flat-Pack Furniture

Most of our furniture is supplied in flat-pack packaging to ensure safe transportation and easier handling.

Assembly may be required. Where assembly instructions are included, customers should carefully follow all provided guidance.

Delivery Appointment

For certain larger furniture items, our delivery partner may contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date or time window.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or furniture, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This allows us to work quickly with our delivery partners to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
