The cooking surface is constructed from high-quality refractory chamotte certified for food use, helping ensure even heat distribution and consistent cooking results at high temperatures. Internally, the oven features a durable stainless steel structure, while the exterior is finished in electro-galvanised steel treated with high-temperature paint for enhanced resistance to heat, weather and outdoor conditions.

Natural rock wool insulation improves heat retention and temperature stability while helping keep external surfaces cooler during cooking. Designed for both performance and durability, the Marinara combines traditional wood-fired flavour with efficient modern engineering.
