Igneus Classico Wood-Fired Pizza Oven

The Igneus Classico is a wood-fired pizza oven designed for larger households and versatile outdoor cooking. With an internal cooking area of 60 x 60cm, it offers generous capacity, capable of cooking two 12” pizzas in approximately 60 seconds or accommodating large roasting trays for a wide range of dishes.

Reaching optimal pizza cooking temperatures of around 400°C in 15-20 minutes, the oven delivers consistent, high-heat performance. A built-in thermometer provides a clear indication of internal temperature, while an optional infrared thermometer can be used for more precise readings of the cooking surface.

The chimney damper, adjustable air vents and removable door allow for effective heat management and control, particularly when cooking at lower temperatures. For dishes beyond pizza, cooking is best carried out using appropriate cookware such as cast iron to ensure even heat distribution and consistent results.

Constructed with 28mm thick firebricks, the Igneus Classico is designed to retain and distribute heat efficiently. Fuelled by kiln-dried hardwood logs, it produces authentic wood-fired results, with silver birch recommended for fast ignition and high heat output.

Handcrafted in Portugal, it combines durability with practicality. Weighing 45kg, or 20kg with the firebricks removed, it can be repositioned with ease and is suitable for placement on most solid surfaces. Integrated wooden legs provide safe clearance, while optional stand solutions are available for added flexibility.
